Another day in paradise… I’m at work today… dealership in the AM and ON tonight. I’m really glad that Ashley is working with me tonight! yay!

I’m really excited about my first miche bag party on Wednesday! i’m kind of nervous but excited!

I also have a phone interview tomorrow afternoon! I don’t know why they do a phone interview- but whatever it takes to get a job, and I am excited about the job- it seems like something that I’d enjoy doing! it’s a 8 to 5 job which will be a big change for me… I like getting up at 8am… I will be having an early bedtime!

It keeps raining and all I can think about is how I’d rather be in bed, curled up in a ball sleeping…

This weekend is going to be busy. Working on Friday and saturday along with going to the baseball game on Friday night- weather permitting… And downtown on Saturday night to hang out and watch the fireworks. I like the 4th of July! It’s fun to dress up in patriotic colors and celebrate this wonderful country.

Ok, back to work…

I’m 22. I go to school at SPC. I will be graduating in July. I work for my dad at his car dealership in Largo and at Old Navy part time with some amazing people. I am addicted to my iPhone. I love purses, I have too many to count. I love shoes, again… too many to count. I love shopping. I have so many clothes that I have no room for more, but I still buy more because I love to shop. I am excellent at finding good deals, I think of it as a hobby. I don’t know what I want to do when I “grow up” but with this economy, who does? We just get into jobs that make us enough money to get by and it isn’t really what we love to do. I love to dance-in the car, at clubs, actually anywhere. I love country, pop or any type of music that makes me dance but I will listen to anything. I miss high school sometimes- not the drama but the carefree lifestyle of knowing that the same friends will be sitting in the same place at lunch everyday. I love fashion, fashion magazines, and fashion shows. I love the beach and would rather be on the beach with “a drink in hand, toes in the sand” than anywhere else. I love the beach at night, the sound of the water is an amazing stress reliever. I like to talk but I am a great listener. To shut me up, give me a magazine- I get into a zone where I ignore everything else around me. I love going to Orlando, Universal and Disney are my favorite. I am single and I love it- sometimes it is lonely but for the most part, I enjoy being able to do whatever I want. I want to find someone who will run with me and not hold me back. I have had some bad relationships in the past and they have all made me a better and stronger person. I enjoy taking pictures and I am a Creative Memories instructor, I help people organize and share their memories with digital scrapbooks. I love doing it and I love showing everyone my scrapbooks! I love to travel. I love my car, Jack, he’s amazing! I have had many cars since I was 16, 8 to be exact. I love sunny days when I can drive to the beach with all my windows down and the sunroof back singing my favorite tunes.
I love my family, they are crazy at times but they are always there for me and back all of my choices in life. My brother is an awesome person and he has grown into a remarkable man, I tease him a lot but that’s how we roll, we can laugh to get through tough times and we are always there for each other. I have the cutest pup in the world, she is a multi-poo(maltese poodle) but my dad calls her a moodle. She can make me laugh when I am down. She entertains me by dragging around toys almost as big as she is, jumping into bags and purses when I am getting ready to go somewhere and rolling on the floor when she is happy. I have 3 nephews and a neice that I love more than anything, I miss them all the time and wish that we lived closer! I have some amazing friends – I don’t know who I would be today if I didn’t have them in my life. Angie is like a sister to me, we can not talk for a month and be bffs when we see each other, we still act like we did when we were 10-spraying squirt guns at each other or being silly. Maria is like my rock, I can call or text you whenever I am having a bad day or I have a funny story to tell you and you are always there to listen, give your opinion or laugh with me. I am so happy that you have moved home because I have missed you so much being away at UCF and I can’t wait to see you more! Soroyah, my hoe(lol). You and I have some great times together and I love that I can talk to you about ANYTHING and you will give me your honest opinion. We might not agree on everything all the time but isn’t that how friends are supposed to be. Nikki, you and I have only been friends for a short time but I feel like I have known you forever. You and I are a lot alike in many ways and sometimes it is scary. I love working with you and going out to The Round Up, you have come a long way with dances and I am quite proud of you.

Well… That’s me. Take it or leave it… But don’t hate me till you know me.

Random thoughts of the moment…
I went to the gym today and was thinking while I was on the tredmil- why is it that this girl next to me look like she applyed makeup and straightened her hair in the locker room before working out. While I’m in my worn out yoga capris, tshirt from high school and a stretched out sports bra…. This girl looks ready to go to a club in her matching capris and racerback sportsbra shirt, hair DOWN and straight and makeup as perfect as her new tenni shoes that look like they are right out of the box… Seriously… I want to mess up her hair and smudge her makeup.

As I was driving home around 10pm last night, I was cut off by an old lady, the guy in front of me in the turning lane had no tail lights and someone in the opposite lane had no lights on at all… I know that this is me just venting but really? How can people get into a vechile and act like a jackass?

Sometimes in life, things happen that we take for granted. Whether it is spending time with a loved one who we know won’t be with us for much longer or even spending time with a friend who always has your back. As we grow up people come and go in our life but it’s those who make an impression that stay close to your heart. Often we take things for granted- those first kisses, lunch with friends and spending time with a family member. It’s when we are older that we realize these things and sometimes there is nothing that we can do about the past but we can make a concious effort to make sure that those special times don’t slip away.

Saturday, November 22nd, approx 8pm…… Walking into the 1st Marnier Arena located downtown Baltimore, it is approximently thirty five degree’s outside and I am in jeans, boots, and a heather grey peacoat. The wind is so cold, my face is frozen and the gloves, scarf and gloves aren’t even helping. As I walk into the arena, I am plesently welcomed with a warm rush of air in front of me. I make my way through all of the other people, young and old…. all excited for the concert that should be beginning within the next hour. As I make my way to my seat located at ground level, on the left side of the stage and far enough back that I can barely make out Melissa Peterman’s facial features. Melissa is also known as “Barbara Jean” on the short lived but amazing TV show, Reba. She claims to be Reba’s “BFF” but Reba doesn’t say that outloud… It was the first time that I have been to a concert that had a comedian as the opening act, it was quite a change and it did keep everyones attention, unlike local bands where the people are usually talking or wandering to the lobby to check out merchendise and refeshments. After Melissa was on stage for about 40 minutes, the lights turned back up and some country and pop music came on the sound system while we waiting for the main act, Season one American Idol and pop sensation, Kelly Clarkson and multi award winning country music artist, Reba McEntire.

The concert was full of classic songs from both artists but sung as a duet. Kelly would sing backup for Reba and vise versa. It was an awesome concert. This was also my cousins first concert so it was awesome for her. I had a great time and I can’t wait to see my cousins again at the end of December to the beginning of 2009!

Baltimore this weekend… I can’t wait!!

I will be in Baltimore this weekend visiting my cousins and going to the Kelly & Reba Concert… I am so excited!!! Not only about the concert and seeing my cousins but the weather… it’s really cold, which will be nice!!!!

Well, back to laundry, homework and any thing else to keep me busy today…
